1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Within India
Domestic orders are delivered within 4-8 business days, depending on your location. A tracking ID will be shared via WhatsApp or email once your order is dispatched.
3. International Shipping
We offer worldwide shipping. International delivery typically takes 7-15 business days depending on the destination country and customs clearance. Any applicable customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Any ongoing free-shipping offers will be clearly mentioned on the website or product page.
5. Packaging
Every order is carefully inspected and packed in protective, tamper-proof packaging to ensure your jewellery arrives in perfect condition.

Cash on Delivery (COD) is currently not available for any order. All orders must be prepaid through our accepted payment methods.

While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or customs processing for international orders. We appreciate your patience in such cases.
