- All orders must be prepaid; Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.
- Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order due to stock unavailability, in which case a full refund will be issued.
3. Pricing
All prices are listed in INR (₹) unless stated otherwise and are subject to change without prior notice. Prices do not include shipping charges unless mentioned.
4. Exchange & Returns
Due to the nature of imitation jewellery, we only accept exchange requests for damaged or defective products. Requests must be raised within 24-48 hours of delivery with an unboxing video. Used, altered, or worn products will not be eligible for exchange.
